HELO4 is not directly responsible for damage or loss, deriving from the sale of goods and services offered in the catalog published on the site, even for delayed delivery of the product, nor for the total correspondence of the goods to the specifications published on the site, nor for any other fact not directly attributable to HELO4 itself.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipments, unless otherwise agreed, will be made by carriers defined by HELO4. Domestic shipments to Italy will in most cases be entrusted to the DHL express forwarder, unless the area is on DHL's list of remote areas. In this case HELO4 will evaluate the need to use a forwarder with characteristics more similar in terms of reliability and speed to those of DHL. In case of theft / loss HELO4 undertakes to anticipate a new identical product or, if it is unavailable and / or out of stock, to provide a full refund. In no case HELO4 can be held responsible for extensions of the delivery time due to loss or damage attributable to the shipper.
In the hypothesis that the carrier is appointed for any reason by the Customer, HELO4 will not be responsible for the loss and / or damage of the product from the moment of delivery of the goods to the carrier at its warehouses.

Shipments with DHL are made within the day if the order is placed before 3.30 pm. After this time it is not possible to guarantee same-day handover to the courier, which will in any case take place the following working day. The handover of the shipment to other couriers, if necessary, will instead depend on the courier itself and on the time of placing the order.

Domestic (Italy) delivery of the order to the customer with DHL generally takes place the day after the shipment is sent, by the end of the day. If the arrival area is a remote area and / or it is necessary to select another courier, the delivery time may increase by one day. International shipments may take some more days althought DHL is the fastest courier we know.

The previous terms may be subject to changes due to force majeure or due to traffic and road conditions in general or by act of the Authorities. It should also be noted that delivery times may be delayed more or less pronounced during the Christmas holidays and are not predictable. In these cases HELO4 undertakes to find the shipping solution that is less congested. However, the customer takes care to place the order reasonably in advance.

The delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, will take place during office hours: from 9:00 AM to 13:00 AM and from 2:00 pm to 6:30 pm, every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday. Upon arrival of the goods, we recommend that you always check that:

  • the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the accompanying document;
  • the seals of the packaging that HELO4 affixes to each package are intact and the packaging has not undergone any tampering;
  • the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or otherwise altered;
the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, as well as loss or any damage, must be immediately reported to the carrier also through the non-acceptance (or acceptance subject to verification shown on the waybill) of the goods and promptly reported to our Salesman indicating the details of the order.

Assistance and packaging

In case of return for assistance, to avoid problems we recommend the original packaging but if it is not available it must still be prepared in the same way with padded envelope with bubble wrap or double rigid corrugated cardboard for the outside and well padded inside (so that the product is not in contact with the external cardboard walls and remains firmly inside even shaking it strongly) to avoid any damage during transport movements. In case of damage to the product attributable to an inadequacy of the packaging of the return / sending for assistance, it will be at the discretion of HELO4 to decide whether or not to proceed with a refund or to repair / replace the goods.
